Industry: Hospitality & Dining
Location: Kent, UK
When Page Lounge was preparing to open its doors in Kent, the ambition was to create more than just another local restaurant. The vision was to establish a Mayfair-inspired dining and social experience that felt premium, looked established and gave customers a reason to visit, return and recommend the venue.
The challenge was that Page Lounge was starting from zero online. There was no established website, Google presence, online audience or digital customer journey.
LJC Marketing needed to create a digital foundation that could introduce the venue, communicate its offering, make menus and venue information easily accessible, support table bookings, promote events and help potential customers discover the business online.
The objective was not simply to build a website, but to create a connected digital experience that supported the customer from discovering Page Lounge through to visiting the venue.
LJC Marketing built the Page Lounge digital presence from the ground up, starting with the website as the central hub for the customer journey.
The website was designed to give customers everything they needed in one place, including information about the venue, food and drinks menus, venue policies, upcoming events, contact information and table booking.
We also connected the physical and digital customer experience by introducing QR-code menus at tables, allowing customers to access food and drinks information directly from their phones. This created a more convenient experience while giving the business a digital menu that could be updated without continually relying on printed materials.
To increase local visibility, LJC established and developed Page Lounge’s Google Business Profile, creating a digital presence that could help people discover the venue when searching for restaurants and hospitality experiences in the area.
The venue’s social visibility was also developed through content designed to encourage engagement and drive awareness, bookings and visits.
Beyond Google and traditional social media, LJC also helped establish a Snapchat location/geotag presence for Page Lounge. This created another digital touchpoint connected directly to the physical venue and has since become a permanent location presence.

LJC Marketing helped take Page Lounge from a brand-new hospitality business with no established digital footprint to a connected online presence supporting discovery, customer engagement and bookings.
The website became more than an information page. It became a central part of the customer experience, allowing visitors to discover the venue, explore menus, understand the offering, view upcoming events and book a table.
The Google presence grew from zero to approximately 3,000 visitors per week, creating a significant discovery channel for the venue. Page Lounge also developed a permanent Snapchat location presence, contributing to thousands of monthly views and additional digital visibility.
The project successfully connected the physical venue with its digital ecosystem through the website, QR menus, Google presence, social media and location-based digital engagement.
From zero online presence to a digital destination, LJC Marketing helped Page Lounge establish the foundations needed to be discovered, experienced and booked online.
The result was not simply a website. It was a digital customer journey built around the way modern customers discover and interact with hospitality businesses.
